KCA has worked with ADOT for many years.  KCA’s primary role has been as an independent facilitator for the South Mountain Freeway Citizens’ Advisory Team.  This multi-year project involved the monthly preparation and facilitation of sometimes highly-charged meetings around the development of the controversial South Mountain Freeway.
