Since co-founding KCA, Fred Erickson has been integrally involved in many projects in the areas of:

Prior to co-founding KCA with Dr. Tom Keller in June of 2001, Mr. Erickson had been involved in many aspects of the information technology field for over 30 years. He held successful positions in the areas of: Application Engineering, Engineering Management, Technical Sales, Sales Management, IT Management, Business Process Development, Customer Relationship Management and eLearning. Throughout his career, Mr. Erickson has received numerous awards for achievements in Technology, Sales and Management.

Mr. Erickson has created several business alliances across the supply chain of major corporations. In 1989, Mr. Erickson created a long term Procurement Consolidation Alliance between General Electric Aircraft Engines and the supply chain vendors for computer related systems, software and products. This alliance saved GE many millions of dollars in direct and indirect procurement costs and drastically decreased the cost of doing business for the vendors.

Many of Mr. Erickson’s experiences have involved the development and deployment of corporate-wide eBusiness initiatives. In the early days of the Internet, Mr. Erickson created an eBusiness to provide efficient computer related purchasing for Fortune 1000 end user companies as well as a large group of Value Added Resellers.

Mr. Erickson has developed, integrated and deployed Customer Relationship Management solutions across large enterprises and supply chains. Many of these systems enabled close alliances across the supply and demand chains of the companies. Over the past several years, Mr. Erickson has developed and managed consulting practices in eCRM and eLearning. Mr. Erickson has worked with several major corporations in the development of eLearning initiatives, learning communities and the creation of media rich soft skills content.
